Difference between organic and paid Results?

Organic Results: Organic Results are obtained by following proper Search Engine Optimization.
They are higher chances of people clicking on your link if it organically appears on the first page of Google than through paid reach.
It is a slow process and hence takes time.
Paid Results: Paid Results on Google are done through bidding on a certain keyword to get on the first page of Google.
The first links that appear on Google are usually paid ads. (Picture is shown below)
